Keto Broccoli Cheddar Bites

I am always looking for snacks to feed my family and something warm in winter hits the spot. These bites are healthy and taste great. It may be a way to get your family to eat more vegetables. (Can even be made in an air fryer as well)

 

Ingredients:

 

1 head of broccoli (about 2 cups) chopped in a food processor)

1 egg

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1 c. Shredded Parmesan cheese 

2 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning (or your favorite)

2 TBSP almond flour

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400*.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and blend well.

On a cookie sheet covered with parchment scoop out 2 Tbsp each of the blended mixture. (Using a cookie scoop)

Pat each scoop down slightly with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake another 10 minutes.

Serve with your favorite ranch dressing or your favorite sauce.

 

Can be kept in the frig/ or frozen till ready to serve. A great snack or side dish.
