Keto Baby Back Ribs

Meat is always low carb/keto unless the marinades and sauces added are high in carbs. This one uses Ken Davis’s Classic 2 Carb Barbecue sauce as the basis of seasoning. It is gluten free & sugar free. No MSG. 

This is uncomplicated and easy to make for a family dinner with very little prep. Most of the finishing is in the oven and not slaving over the grill.

 

3 lbs of loin baby back pork ribs.

Lunds/Byerly’s Lemon Pepper seasoning

Ken Davis Classic 2 carb BBQ Sauce

 

Directions:

Sprinkle ribs generously with Lemon Pepper. Grill using your favorite method till evenly browned dabbing with barbecue sauce.

Put ribs in a 9 x 13 glass pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a 325* oven for 1 hour. Add more BBQ sauce to your desired result.
