Summer Salmon Salad
Low-Carb Keto. This salad tastes great & it’s a beautiful presentation for guests!
Ingredients:
Fresh salmon fillet
Asparagus
Olive oil
Fresh lemon
Lettuces
Tomatoes (tiny heirloom)
Croutons
Directions:
Rub fillets and asparagus with olive oil, fresh lemon, & sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
Grill salmon over hot coal, skin side down for first 4 mins / turn over and finish for 2 more minutes.
Grill asparagus for only the last 2 minutes, rotating it for evenness.
Prepare salad and toss with Salad Girl dressing.
Top with warm Salmon & Asparagus
Add croutons for crunch.
