Best Keto Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 c. Almond flour
2 heaping Tbsp of coconut flour
1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. Golden monk fruit
1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
1/8 tsp. Pink salt
1 large egg
1/3 c. all natural almond butter/no sugar added
1/4 c. Unsweetened coconut milk
1/8 c. Brewed coffee
18 drops of liquid stevia
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. Lily’s Chocolate chips
Variations: add 1/4 c. of walnuts
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray 8 x 8” glass pan with coconut oil cooking spray
Combine dry ingredients in bowl; set aside.
Mix wet ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend well.
Add dry ingredients. Blend until there are no lumps. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread evenly on bottom of 8 x 8 pan.
Bake 15 min. Do not overbake.
Let cool for 5 min before cutting.
May sprinkle with powdered swerve or serve with whipped cream or keto ice cream.
