Keto Sausage & Margherita Pizza
Anyone looking for a great keto pizza recipe? I have the BEST keto-friendly, crispy crust, and low-carb pizza crust made with almond flour. This keto pizza is a great alternative to your traditional pizza. This pizza is a keto lover’s dream with just a few net carbs per slice.
Crust:
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Almond flour
1 TBSP Lunds & Byerlys Italian Tuscan seasoning
Toppings:
1/4 c. Pizza sauce with no sugar added (I use Pastorelli Pizza Sauce)
1/2 lb mild sausage crumbled
12 leaves of Fresh basil
8 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven and baking stone to 375*
Melt/ soften cheese in Microwave for 45 seconds
Knead in 1/2 cup almond flour and the Tuscan seasoning
(Do not knead too much.)
Roll out on parchment paper.
Transfer to baking stone and bake for 5 mins.
Remove from oven.
Add pizza sauce, sausage, fresh basil, and shredded cheese
Return to the oven for 5 mins.
