Keto Lemon Bars
Tart & Sweet. Old Fashioned Lemon Bars. Summer Perfection. Just right for Celebration. (Treat your guest to a dessert that doesn’t ruin their diet.)
Preheat oven to 350*
Crust ingredients:
1/3 c. Butter
1/2 c allulose
1/4 tsp almond extract
3/4 c. Almond flour
*Pinch of real salt
Cream together softened butter and granular allulose. Add almond extract, Almond flour and pinch of salt. Press in 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 15-20 min at 350* Let cool at least 15 minutes.
Blend together for filling:
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 2 medium lemons
1/2 c. Allulose
3 eggs
3/4 c. Almond flour
*Pinch of real salt
Blend together and pour over cooled crust. Return to oven for 20 minutes at 350*
Let cool and sprinkle with Swerve Powdered Sugar. Cut in Bars just before serving.
Suggested garnish: raspberries
