Smoked Chicken Fajita-Keto

Fiesta night for your family is an easy tradition to create when using pre-made smoked pulled chicken from Costco

It’s a winner for the family of the Go!

Here’s what you need on hand…

 

1 Red Pepper

1 medium-size onion

1 lb.Smoked pulled chicken (Costco)

Adobo Mexican seasoning

Packet/can of classic fajita sauce

Cilantro-1/2 bunch

1 Avocado

1 Lime

Sour Cream

Low carb Tortillas

 

Over medium/high heat sauté in olive oil red pepper, onion, & adobo seasoning to taste till lightly browned.

Add 1 lb of pulled chicken and continuing to sauté for several minutes. Then add 1 cup of fajita sauce.

Cook till warmed through, adding cilantro if you love cilantro.

 

In a skillet or griddle with a small amount of olive oil over medium heat 

brown your low-carb tortillas turning once.

 

At this point, you’re ready to build fajitas,

topping your veggie/meat with all your favorites.

Extra cilantro

Avocado

Fresh lime juice

Sour cream
