Chaffle KETO Pizza
With the invention of the CHAFFLE maker all kinds of new recipes are popping up to utilize this tool. Chaffles are not just a breakfast item.
When you combine the chaffle and keto this is what is possible for a snack or dinner. This is fun to make with my Grands and oh so YUMMY!
If you’re keto you may already have these ingredients on hand. You will need a chaffle maker for 2 pizzas or you can use a waffle iron and make 1 pizza.
Makes 2 Pizza Crust:
1 large egg white
2 tsp of coconut flour
2/3 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Lunds/Byerly’s Italian tuscan seasoning
Directions for your Crust. Preheat chaffle maker.
Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup with a fork.
Spoon 1/2 of mixture into the chaffle maker, close lid and let cook for 3 min. Open and flip over if needed and cook for 1-2 min. Remove and let cool while cooking the 2nd crust.
Toppings for your crust:
Any sugar free pizza sauce. (I like Pastorelli)
2 TBSP Parmesan cheese
Sausage crumbles or other favorite toppings
2 TBSP Shredded mozzarella
Directions: With oven preheated to 350*
Add your toppings to crust.
Pop in preheated oven and turn on the broiler for approximately 2 minutes and pizzas are ready to eat.
